ASSETLAB JC PRIVACY

ENGLISH TRANSLATION
This file is an English translation of PRIVACY.txt. It describes the same data
processing. If a translation difference is found, refer to the original Spanish
text in PRIVACY.txt.

AssetLab JC processes images inside the browser. It does not create accounts,
include analytics, advertising, or telemetry, and it does not send PNG files,
projects, or atlases to an AssetLab JC server.

DATA USED
AssetLab JC uses only the PNG files that the user selects or drags into the
application, their names, animations, and the settings required to create the
atlas.

LOCAL STORAGE
- Projects and custom quick configurations are stored in IndexedDB, inside the
  browser and device.
- The selected language and the choice not to show the getting-started guide
  automatically are stored as local browser preferences.
- The Undo/Redo history remains only for the duration of the open session.
- PNG, JSON, ZIP, and .atlasjc backup files are downloaded only at the user's
  explicit request.
- The author of AssetLab JC cannot view or recover saved projects.

Data may be lost when site storage is cleared, private browsing is used, or the
browser, domain, profile, or device is changed. Exporting an .atlasjc backup
regularly is recommended.

COOKIES AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
AssetLab JC does not set its own cookies or use trackers or external APIs. If it
runs from itch.io or another hosting platform, that platform may process
technical visit data under its own privacy policy.

CONTROL AND DELETION
Individual projects can be deleted from the Open option in AssetLab JC. To
delete everything, clear the site's data from the browser.
